Maintenance Technician — Commercial Properties

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Richmond, Virginia. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. Range Commercial Partners provides property management and related commercial real estate services. The technician maintains building systems and completes routine, emergency, and preventive repairs across assigned properties. The work supports safe, functional properties through timely work-order completion, contractor oversight, and coordination with property management.

What you'll do

• Inspect fire alarm, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
• perform repairs and preventive maintenance
• troubleshoot building systems and equipment
• complete work orders and paperwork
• oversee outside contractors
• maintain lighting
• order repair materials within limits
• report unusual conditions
• maintain vehicle readiness.
