The role serves as a professional contact during rentals, group events, weddings, and Arboretum activities. It coordinates event execution, supports guest relations, monitors use and care of property, and documents incidents and event observations.

What you'll do

• Assist with event setup and teardown when requested
• direct caterers and delivery or setup personnel
• coordinate with security and parking staff as needed
• respond to guest needs
• enforce Arboretum rules and monitor property
• respond to incidents and document them
• complete event paperwork and obtain required signatures.
