What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day community operations, compliance, resident service, and financial performance
• assist with management and maintenance of the apartment community
• support leasing, collections, maintenance, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, and reporting
• guide and train team members
• support residents during emergencies as part of the on-call responsibility.
