What you'll do

• Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, and ductwork
• safely remove and replace equipment
• perform retrofit installations
• fabricate and install basic sheet metal and duct modifications
• ensure airflow and system performance
• communicate with homeowners
• maintain clean job sites and company vehicles
• coordinate installations with the team.
