The role prepares ingredients and menu items according to recipes and food specifications, supporting consistent food quality and safe kitchen operations. It also helps keep the kitchen organized and prepares for work on the front line when prep is complete.

What you'll do

• Prepare items according to recipe cards and specifications
• use the oven according to recipes
• date prepared products
• follow sanitation procedures and wear a cut glove when using a knife
• clean and organize the walk-in refrigerator and kitchen
• complete prep in time to work on the front line.
