What you'll do

• Support culture, performance and talent management, coaching, corrective action, and succession planning
• advise leaders on HR matters and conduct investigations
• support labor relations and compliance with applicable laws
• promote employee health and well-being
• analyze workforce, operational, and financial data
• collaborate on organizational structures and staffing
• support change management
• serve as a liaison between supported businesses and HR Centers of Excellence
• contribute to talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies.
