What you'll do

• Coordinate hiring requests and job descriptions with Sales and Human Resources
• enter requisitions and maintain the applicant tracking system
• post openings
• source candidates
• conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews and technical tests
• prepare candidate assessments
• communicate offers and follow up with candidates
• maintain candidate communications
• participate in job fairs
• report talent acquisition metrics
• build a passive candidate pipeline.
