Business Process Analyst — Dealer ERP / Dynamics 365

Job overview

The Business Process Analyst role is hybrid, with three days per week onsite at the employee’s choice of the Phoenix, AZ; Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; or Peoria, IL office. Compensation is $57,000–$62,000 per year. The role supports a dealer ERP program, working with North American dealers, product teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners. The analyst translates dealer needs into documented requirements aligned with Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities. Through discovery, process modeling, solution validation, and dealer education, the role helps guide ERP design and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end business processes in the Business Process Catalog
• define detailed process flows
• document dealer requirements
• assess fit and gaps against Dynamics 365
• lead discovery workshops and solution demonstrations
• obtain sign-off on Functional Design Documents
• maintain the Mavim repository and playbooks
• coach dealers on Dynamics 365 and the ERP suite
• conduct process modeling and continuous improvement.
