The Direct Support Professional 3 (DSP3) role is onsite in Haverhill, MA, with a schedule of Friday 11:00 PM–9:00 AM and Saturday 5:00 PM–9:00 AM (26 hours). Pay is $21.23–$21.83 per hour. Bridgewell provides social and human services to support people with disabilities and other life challenges. The role supports people with developmental, physical, and psychiatric disabilities in residential and community settings. It helps individuals with daily living, skills development, health and clinical needs, community access, and opportunities to make decisions and build independence.

What you'll do

• Support daily living skills and independence
• assist with medical, clinical, and financial needs
• accompany people to activities as needed
• maintain required progress notes and shift documentation
• complete household cleaning
• support community resource access
• administer medications under applicable MAP regulations
• maintain required training and certifications
• build relationships with families and stakeholders.
