What you'll do

• Hire, onboard, and train managers and front-of-house employees
• prepare and review front-of-house schedules
• process biweekly payroll and weekly bank deposits
• create plans to meet sales and operating income budgets
• forecast and monitor sales, costs, and purchases
• coach and discipline employees according to company policies
• evaluate food, beverage, service, and staff performance across shifts
• coordinate private events with the culinary team
• lead meetings
• represent the restaurant in community projects and events
• resolve escalated guest issues.
