What you'll do

• Prepare mechanical estimates for HVAC, piping, plumbing, and process piping
• perform drawing take-offs
• review specifications
• identify scope gaps and risks
• develop clarifications and exclusions
• solicit vendor and subcontractor pricing
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams
• support conceptual budgets, bid leveling, change-order pricing, and value engineering
• maintain estimating software and cost data.
