The Automotive Receptionist role is onsite in Silver Spring, MD. Compensation is not specified. It also supports dealership operations with prospect tracking, clerical tasks, and assistance to sales staff.

What you'll do

• Greet showroom customers and determine the nature of their visit
• direct customers to the appropriate department or salesperson
• answer basic inquiries and route more complex questions
• manage the switchboard and take and distribute messages
• enter data into the prospect tracking system
• update the telephone roster
• perform assigned clerical and accounting duties
• assist with dealer tags and gas tickets.

Why this role
