What you'll do

• Transport patients to and from medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and approved destinations
• operate passenger vans and wheelchair-accessible vehicles safely
• assist patients entering and exiting vehicles and operate accessibility equipment
• secure wheelchairs and mobility equipment
• plan routes and account for delays
• record pickup and drop-off times, mileage, and incidents
• communicate with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare personnel
• inspect vehicles and report issues
• maintain a clean and comfortable transportation environment
• respond calmly to unexpected changes.
