What you'll do

• Continuously monitor eCRM, Salesforce, MNP, and MN3P systems
• identify, document, and respond to alerts and anomalies
• assist with basic application and system troubleshooting and escalate complex issues
• create and manage JIRA tickets
• communicate service interruptions
• maintain performance and incident logs and reports
• support maintenance, updates, and deployments
• follow security policies and T3 clearance requirements
• contribute to RHEL baselines
• support container deployments and security activities
• work weekends, night shifts, and holidays as required in a 24/7 operational environment.
