The Industrial Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Charlotte, NC, and starts at $27 per hour. The role helps protect food safety, product quality, productivity, and equipment uptime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance on bakery production equipment and facility systems
• troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment
• respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime
• complete work orders and maintenance records
• interpret diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• follow safety, Lockout/Tagout, GMP, PPE, and food-safety requirements
• operate powered industrial equipment when trained and certified
• support production, sanitation, and safety teams
• maintain equipment reliability and support continuous improvement.
