What you'll do

• Lead thermal testing programs and the test engineering team
• develop and implement global test methodologies
• ensure accurate, repeatable test execution and high-quality data
• support prototype and product testing, data analysis, certification, and customer and field testing
• improve testing processes, instrumentation, data systems, and lab facilities
• oversee training and performance metrics
• and provide technical leadership for lab systems and equipment. Domestic and international travel is expected up to 15% of the time.
