What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, eating, hydration, and personal hygiene.
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes in physical or mental condition to the nursing team.
• Provide medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks under licensed staff supervision.
• Encourage participation in activities, maintain a clean and safe environment, follow infection-control procedures, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Why this role

Requires active state CNA certification and completion of a state-approved CNA training program. High school diploma or GED is required; one year of relevant experience is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
