What you'll do

• Lead non-provider front- and back-office staff
• coordinate with providers to support compliance with protocols and plans of care
• coordinate with Patient Services, Billing, and Pharmacy
• address patient complaints and service issues
• support operational and patient-experience improvements
• maintain clinic supplies and inventory procedures
• support clinical staff as needed
• train, coach, and evaluate employees
• manage staffing calendars, timecards, and PTO requests
• visit each assigned clinic at least twice monthly.
