This position supports the Service & Support department at Heidelberg Materials, a global leader in building materials. This role exists to lead the enterprise adoption of AI and analytics technologies, bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The manager oversees the strategy and lifecycle of data products to drive AI-powered decision-making and operational excellence.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise adoption of Databricks analytics, AI/BI, Genie, applications, semantic capabilities, and emerging AI technologies.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Operations, Digital, and Data Engineering teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact analytics and AI use cases.
• Own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of business-facing data and AI products.
• Establish and govern enterprise KPI definitions, semantic models, ontology frameworks, and metric standards.
• Drive AI-powered decision-making by enabling conversational analytics, natural language querying, and AI-generated insights.
• Champion data governance, quality, reconciliation, and standardization practices.
• Lead business enablement and change management efforts by developing adoption strategies and training users.
