What you'll do

• Direct and evaluate pharmacy department activities
• oversee medication distribution, dispensing systems, emergency medication management, and controlled-substance monitoring
• maintain staffing and continuous pharmacy services
• advise clinical staff
• promote evidence-based medication therapy and stewardship
• support medication reconciliation and safety initiatives
• ensure regulatory compliance and coordinate surveys
• lead quality improvement
• support the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and formulary management
• manage budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
• recruit, supervise, and develop pharmacy staff
• collaborate on pharmacy technology and EHR workflows
• participate in emergency preparedness
• provide after-hours consultation and leadership support as needed.
