What you'll do

• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and process sessions
• document processes and recommendations
• inventory and assess acquisition resources
• identify content gaps and develop prioritized content plans
• create process maps, procedures, templates, checklists, job aids, and training materials
• partner with technical teams on AI-enabled tools
• validate outputs and support user testing
• coordinate rollout and governance
• and lead assigned workstreams, milestones, risks, and deliverables. The posting requires willingness and ability to travel and work at client sites as needed.
