What you'll do

• Prepare and mix ingredients and slurry to daily specifications
• perform quality checks for product weight, size, and shape
• sheet dough
• control production speed
• record raw product weights
• change conveyor die-roll cutters
• maintain equipment
• sanitize machinery and utensils
• support bread baking
• check bread standards and supplies
• and prepare the Fresh Bread Checklist.
