What you'll do

• Facilitates health care services for patients in cooperation with the health care team.
• Facilitates communication and provision of information and messages in a way that produces clarity and impact.
• Understands the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results and the ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.
• Provides feedback to members of the health care team.
• Responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Minimum of two years’ clinical experience preferred.
