What you'll do

• Draft and negotiate supplier agreements for compute hardware, networking, data center infrastructure, storage, power equipment, and logistics
• support indirect procurement
• advise on continuity, risk, supplier performance, product quality, and remedies
• partner on responsible sourcing and compliance
• support international expansion and coordinate with local counsel
• manage outside counsel
• develop contracting templates, playbooks, and training.
