What you'll do

• Clean and prepare sauna rooms between appointments
• process towel shipments and maintain the cold towel process
• greet clients
• assist sales associates with sales and back-of-house tasks
• explain infrared sauna, chromotherapy, and red light therapy
• answer guest questions and provide studio tours
• use appointment software
• answer phones and schedule leads, guests, and members
• maintain the facility’s appearance.
