What you'll do

• Help consumers access food, clothing, shelter, safety, medical and dental care, and benefits
• arrange transportation and community services
• provide psychosocial support and daily living skills guidance
• support employment and housing access
• engage families and natural support systems
• document consumer interactions
• maintain a trauma-informed environment.
