Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Boston, MA, with a stated salary range of $113,000–$155,000 per year. The Project Manager oversees projects through their full life cycle, coordinating people, budgets, schedules, risk, resources, and safety. What you'll do

• Support proposal and preconstruction processes
• coordinate estimating and purchasing during procurement
• review constructability and budgets
• manage project staffing
• lead weekly owner, architect, contractor, and subcontractor meetings
• coordinate with field staff
• oversee project financials, requisitions, invoices, forecasting, and change management
• communicate with owners and project stakeholders
• mentor and evaluate staff
• oversee RFIs, submittals, material tracking, schedules, safety walks, punch lists, and closeout documentation
• support project pursuits and profit opportunities.
