What you'll do

• Lead the Edifecs application support organization
• provide technical oversight and drive roadmap execution
• guide architecture and modernization decisions
• configure and maintain Edifecs modules
• guide EDI analysts on processing rules, routing, and batch workflows
• resolve mapping, validation, functional, and performance issues
• manage logging, JVM tuning, and certificates
• support releases, refreshes, patching, and upgrades
• collaborate with EDI, DevSecOps, cloud, and business teams.
