Emergency Response Paramedic in Anadarko, OK. This is an onsite, full-time position with Air Evac Lifeteam. The starting pay is $20.92 per hour, plus experience and a $4.16 geo modification. This role is responsible for providing advanced life support care to patients in critical situations and ensuring safe patient transport. The paramedic will work as part of a professional team committed to high safety standards.

What you'll do

• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation.
• Complete and submit electronic patient care records.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotic counts.
• Maintain competency in knowledge and psychomotor skills.
• Maintain documentation of required licensure, certifications, and continuing education.
• Knowledgeable in use and routine maintenance of all equipment and supplies.
• Maintain positive interpersonal relationships.
• Function as a medical flight member.
• Attend pre-mission briefings and debriefings.
• Assist with pre-mission liftoff checklist and pilot assistance.
• Comply with safety standards.
• Conduct aircraft safety briefings.
• Responsible for filling open shifts.

What we're looking for

Education

Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area. BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certification required prior to flight status. Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months from date of hire.

Experience

3+ years in a 911 or critical care setting
