HVAC Service Account Manager

What you'll do

• Develop maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects
• maintain current account relationships through callbacks
• prepare itineraries, make calls, and follow up on leads
• gather project and bid information
• organize technical materials
• assist with bid proposals and sales presentations
• assist with delinquent account collection
• resolve customer complaints within authority
• provide turnover details to Service Operations.
