Assembler – Windows and Doors

The Assembler – Windows and Doors role is onsite in Zeeland, MI, on first shift. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, based on experience. Talent Strategy is recruiting for a manufacturing team producing windows and doors for homes and commercial buildings. The assembler builds and inspects window and door components to meet production specifications and quality standards. The work supports daily production goals through safe tool use, accurate assembly, and preparation of finished products for shipping or installation.

What you'll do

• Assemble windows, doors, frames, sashes, screens, and related components
• install glass and hardware
• use hand and power tools
• follow blueprints, diagrams, instructions, and work orders
• measure and verify components
• apply sealants and weatherproofing materials
• adjust and inspect finished products
• identify defects
• package products
• maintain production counts and paperwork
• keep workstations organized and follow safety and quality procedures.
