Reliability Supervisor

What you'll do

• Provide leadership and training to Reliability and Lubrication Technicians.
• Assist the maintenance manager in promoting reliability programs including Condition Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, and CMMS usage.
• Manage third-party services and foster professional relationships.
• Analyze production processes to reduce MTTR and increase MTBF.
• Promote Industry 4.0 concepts and coordinate with production managers on asset outages.
