Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping

The Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Process Piping is an onsite role based in Georgetown, OH. Compensation is not specified. This role supports the EGC Construction unit, which provides general, commercial, and industrial construction services. This role exists to lead mechanical and process piping projects from preconstruction through closeout. The incumbent manages project execution, maintains schedules and budgets, coordinates teams, and ensures successful delivery for clients in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you'll do

• Manage projects throughout the full lifecycle
• develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
• lead project planning, risk management, and resource coordination
• support estimating and preconstruction efforts
• coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• oversee procurement, equipment buyout, and material tracking
• monitor progress to ensure safety, quality, and schedule goals are met
• manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• lead project meetings and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
• build and maintain strong client relationships
• identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
