Production Team Lead – 2nd Shift

What you'll do

• Lead and coordinate cutting, polishing, edging, and fabrication
• assign tasks and manage schedules for fabricators, CNC operators, polishers, and helpers
• meet production and quality goals
• learn and oversee CNC machines, bridge saws, routers, and hand tools with training
• coach safety practices
• inspect finished work
• maintain shop organization using 5S/lean principles
• coordinate with project managers, CAD, and installation coordinators
• track materials and inventory
• report results and concerns to management.
