What you'll do

• Supervise nursing personnel and day-to-day nursing activities during the assigned tour
• coordinate clinical care planning and delivery
• assess residents on admission and as conditions change
• conduct rounds
• provide or assist with direct care when indicated
• implement physician orders
• communicate condition changes between shifts
• support staff competencies and orientation
• participate in facility surveys and discharge planning
• maintain staffing coverage and supplies
• assist with QAPI.
