What you'll do

• Process customer orders, inventory receipts, and cycle counts in ERP systems
• respond to product, pricing, availability, order-status, and delivery questions
• prepare quotes and help identify suitable products
• track open orders and update customers about delays and backorders
• coordinate fulfillment with internal teams
• monitor overseas containers and enter shipment details
• request freight quotes, arrange pickups, trace shipments, and address transit delays
• resolve returns, credits, and warranty issues
• maintain customer, account, pricing, and order records
• support sales with quotes and reports
• assist with product sourcing and alternatives.
