Client Services Representative

What you'll do

• Receive service requests by phone or email and create work orders
• execute and verify work orders
• schedule services with vendors
• coordinate pricing with the Sourcing Group
• troubleshoot customer issues
• support accounts payable and receivable
• preschedule recurring service and communicate with account managers.
