What you'll do

• Manage laboratory functions, inventory, consumables purchasing, and raw-material onboarding
• develop approaches, solutions, processes, products, and methods
• ensure compliance with corporate safety, health, and environmental standards
• provide technical support to manufacturing and quality
• execute process development with cross-functional teams
• advise on patents, trademarks, and proprietary agreements
• approve technical readiness of raw materials and products and first-production and quality specifications
• test or supervise product stability and performance testing.
