What you'll do

• Support hourly recruiting, onboarding, and orientation
• partner with leaders on employee relations and performance management
• assist with benefits, payroll support, and HRIS data
• coordinate training and development
• ensure employment-law and policy compliance
• lead safety initiatives
• conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
• maintain SDS and EHS records
• investigate incidents, implement preventive measures, and deliver safety training.
