What you'll do

• Help participants develop strategies, make informed choices, and follow through on responsibilities
• support programming based on participants’ preferences, needs, interests, and strengths
• share community resource information and encourage self-advocacy
• drive participants to appointments, events, stores, and activities
• assess needs and support capabilities
• maintain and submit timely documentation
• provide crisis intervention as needed
• maintain professional and ethical relationships.
