By managing crew staffing, training, shift execution, customer service, and facility readiness, the role helps the restaurant operate safely and consistently, including during a new restaurant opening.

What you'll do

• Hire and terminate hourly non-management crew members
• manage onboarding, status changes, and payroll processes
• create work and training schedules
• coach and manage crew performance
• act as manager on duty and open or close the restaurant
• manage cash handling
• execute shift meetings and standards
• deploy crew members
• provide customer service
• maintain cleanliness and facility condition
• authorize approved employee functions.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. New restaurant opening experience is preferred. Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
