What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and guide customers through software questions
• handle email and chat support when phones are quiet
• log accurate notes and account updates
• identify recurring issues and flag them to the team
• learn the products well enough to teach customers. Work an eight-hour shift scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Central Time.
