What you'll do

• Maintain required spreadsheets
• collect outstanding balances and process payments
• update electronic patient records with balances, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
• verify information for accurate claims billing and insurance reimbursement
• handle and return patient calls
• communicate about bills and insurance coverage
• coordinate with billing staff and Patient Care Representatives on account balances and billing issues
• perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
