What you'll do

• Oversee community operations and serve as the onsite executive contact
• supervise and motivate department directors, supervisors, and staff
• maintain resident satisfaction and service quality
• lead sales and operations strategies
• support the Resident Care Program
• manage budgets and cash flow
• maintain policies, procedures, and licenses
• review hiring and personnel actions
• oversee preventative maintenance and property inspections.
