What you'll do

• Manage complex litigation from case evaluation through resolution
• develop strategy and advise clients on risk, settlement, and litigation options
• handle pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, pretrial preparation, and trial
• take a significant role in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings
• communicate directly with clients
• oversee matters with minimal supervision

• and travel for hearings, trials, arbitrations, or client matters when necessary.
