• Develop case strategy and manage an employment litigation caseload
• draft and argue motions
• handle discovery and depositions
• appear in state and federal court
• evaluate damages
• negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation
• supervise and mentor junior attorneys and legal staff
• communicate with clients and meet deadlines and court orders.
