What you'll do

• Operate the dishwashing machine to wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment. Sweep, mop, and pressure wash food-service floors
• clean and sanitize the dish machine and production equipment as directed. Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules, safety and loss-prevention procedures, and appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards. Maintain documentation for service standards and regulatory compliance. Assist with receiving food and non-food supplies.
