What you'll do

• meet budget targets and implement countermeasures
• oversee inbound, outbound, returns, and processing flows
• schedule and supervise the warehouse team to meet volume demands and minimize overtime
• enforce safety, security, and environmental requirements
• safeguard people, processes, assets, and inventory
• develop action plans for KPI and SLA gaps
• oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement
• and maintain customer and stakeholder relationships. Travel may be required as business needs dictate.
