The Two-Year-Old Classroom Teacher role is on-site in Lyman, SC. Pay is $15–$18 per hour. Middle Tyger Education Center is an early childhood program focused on a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children and families. The teacher supports children’s safety and development through age-appropriate classroom activities, observation, and family communication. The role maintains a clean, well-organized classroom and follows program policies and South Carolina childcare regulations.

What you'll do

• Ensure children’s safety and well-being
• implement developmentally appropriate classroom activities
• assess children in October, January, and April using Teaching Strategies GOLD
• provide family-teacher conferences
• arrange the classroom environment to meet ECERS-3/ITERS-3 requirements
• use Conscious Discipline in accordance with policy
• communicate with parents and guardians through Procare
• follow center policies and applicable childcare regulations.
