What you'll do

• Advise clients on federal, California, and local employment laws
• represent clients in litigation, administrative proceedings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations
• draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and related documents
• conduct legal research and prepare litigation materials
• handle depositions, hearings, settlement conferences, and trial preparation
• investigate workplace complaints
• counsel on employment decisions and compliance
• manage caseloads, deadlines, budgets, and client relationships.
